Daniel Englberger (born 1971) has been Group Chief TransformationOfficer since mid-2016, responsible for the implementation of thetransformation strategy and heads the Group's business and IT archi-tecture.
In 2011 he took on a global role as Head of the Group Project Man-agement Office (PMO). In his role as Head of Global Business Ser-vices, which he took on in July 2012, Daniel led the Finance Opera-tions, CRE & FM, Group Security and Print & Document Management di-visions in North America. Daniel Englberger has over 20 years of ex-perience in the insurance industry and previously worked for Accen-ture as a partner in the insurance practice. Here he delivered a se-ries of strategy, process and IT implementation programmes. He holdsdegrees in mechanical engineering and business administration and adoctorate in economics.

Dennis von Ferenczy is the founder of the series and a business an-gel. In 2006, he founded amiando GmbH (now Xing Events GmbH), wherehe was in charge of marketing and strategy until he left in 2012. Stefan Flinspach is Managing Director of Seedmatch, Germany's firstcrowd-funding platform. Since its launch in August 2011, Seedmatchhas already provided over 100 successful financing rounds and over33 million Euro for start-ups and young growth companies.
2013 saw the establishment of Econeer, a crowd-funding platform forgreen projects and technologies, as a complement. Since then, morethan seven million Euro has been invested in the expansion of energyefficiency and renewable energies. In addition, 15,000 tonnes ofharmful CO2 emissions were prevented. Amer Sports is a world-leading sports goods manufacturer withthe well-known brands Wilson, Atomic, Salomon, Mavic, Suunto, Precorand Arcteryx. From 2007 to May 2011 he held various management posi-tions and was authorised signatory at the medium-sized electricaltool manufacturer Metabo in Nürtingen.

Since 2014 Kurt Skupin has been responsible as CEO for the WEKA MediaGroup Munich, which serves a wide variety of BtoB and BtoC targetgroups cross-media with seven companies.
After completing his business administration studies in Rosenheim, Van-couver and London with an MBA, his first professional stations were BMWAG and the management consultancy Roland Berger. In 1993 K. Skupinmoved to the media industry to the then Magna Media AG. As publishinghouse manager, he guided their sale to WEKA in 1996 and subsequentlybecame part of the management team that formed the WEKA Magazine Group(since 2007 WEKA Media Group Munich).
